Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, ordering, or using any Leadtop4wd rooftop tent, accessory, or related product (collectively, "Products"), you ("Customer" or "Buyer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all sales, whether direct or through authorized dealers, and supersede any prior agreements or representations. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products. Any order placed constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are final and non-cancelable once production has begun. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all specifications provided are accurate and complete; Leadtop4wd is not liable for errors in Customer-supplied designs. Any changes requested after order confirmation may incur additional fees and delivery delays.

3. Delivery

-Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are approximate and subject to change based on order complexity, raw material availability, production queue, and seasonal demand. Leadtop4WD will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated dates but shall not be held liable for delays.

-Shipping & Risk Transfer: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Products are sold Ex Works from Leadtop4WD’s designated facility. Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the Buyer immediately upon handing the Products over to the carrier. Insurance, if desired, must be arranged by the Buyer.

-Inspection & Claims: Buyer must inspect all Products upon arrival and report any visible damage, shortages, or non-conformities within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so waives any such claims.

4. Pricing

-Standard Products: All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the written confirmation (e.g., email, proforma invoice, or quote). Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes, or insurance unless explicitly stated.

-Custom Development: Custom orders may require engineering, prototyping, or testing. Such development work will be subject to an additional non-recurring engineering fee, to be agreed in writing before production. The final unit price for custom Products will be confirmed separately.

-Price Changes: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Leadtop4WD reserves the right to adjust prices due to material cost fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or updated customer requirements after order confirmation.

5.Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
