Refund policy
1. Standard Products
- Return Request Deadline: Buyers must submit a return request for non-quality issues within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (based on delivery confirmation).
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, uninstalled, uncleaned, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Return Shipping Cost: Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Refund Arrival Time: After the returned product passes our inspection, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 working days
- Bank transfer: typically 10–15 working days, depending on your bank
2. Customized Products
Custom-made tents (size, color, structural changes, function expansions) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Inspect your tent immediately upon arrival.
Report any defects or damage within 7 working days of delivery with clear photos.
We will repair or replace at no cost (shipping included for defects).
4. Non-quality Issues
Change of mind, fitment issues not caused by our error, or minor aesthetic preferences are not eligible for return or refund.
