Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated for custom or pre-order items.

Custom orders require additional processing time as confirmed in writing. Estimated lead times will be provided upon order acceptance.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or reputable freight forwarders, depending on destination, order size, and shipping method selected.

Buyers may request a specific carrier at checkout; additional fees may apply.

3. Delivery Lead Times

Express transportation is based on the transportation time provided by the Express company, and the courier company shall not be held responsible for any delays caused.

The general transportation time for sea freight is within 30 working days and air freight is within 15 working days, the specific transportation time is subject to the date queried by the specific freight forwarder.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

- Customs clearance delays

- Remote or difficult-to-access locations

- Weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier disruptions

- Order complexity (especially for custom products)

Leadtop4WD shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Buyers are encouraged to check with local customs authorities for applicable charges before placing an order.

5. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the buyer immediately upon handing the goods to the carrier (Ex Works – Incoterms 2020).

Leadtop4WD is not responsible for:

- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after handover to carrier

- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer

- Failed delivery attempts due to buyer unavailability

Insurance, if desired, must be purchased by the buyer separately.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Note any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies on the delivery receipt before signing.

If damage is discovered:

- Take clear photos of the packaging and product

- Keep all original packaging materials

- Report within 7 calendar days of delivery to returns@leadtop4wd.com

7. Failed Delivery & Re-routing

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer

- Refusal to pay customs duties/taxes

- Repeated failed delivery attempts

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, restocking fees (if applicable), and re-shipping costs.

Unclaimed shipments may be subject to storage fees charged by the carrier.

8. International Shipping

We ship worldwide unless restricted by local laws or carrier limitations.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the product complies with local import regulations.

Leadtop4WD will not be liable for seizures, delays, or confiscation by customs authorities.

9. Lost in Transit

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:

- First check with neighbors, building management, or local post office

- Contact the carrier directly

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Leadtop4WD will assist with filing a claim. However, reimbursement is subject to the carrier's determination.

We do not automatically replace lost packages unless the carrier accepts liability.
